The focus of Navon Planning since its inception in 2014 is assisting our clients with navigating the red tape often found when dealing with Councils. Led by Eli Gescheit, the team of urban planners have extensive experience working in both Councils and private urban planning firms. Eli Gescheit is an experienced urban planner with over 16 years’ working in various Councils and consultancies, including Waverley and Georges River Councils, and at Australia’s largest planning consultancy, Urbis. Eli knows the ins and outs of Councils, while also understanding client’s requirements. He possesses exceptional negotiating skills and appears as an expert witness before the NSW Land & Environment Court.

When not thinking about urban planning, Eli enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, and volunteers his time for local community organisations.
